if i say came at the police station and say at the questioning that i found the cpu in my house because lets say that it fell of the package when i was unboxing it and now i found it after a while, Will I get in trouble with the law because of this or will the case be closed?

They will just ask questions . it would be strange if you lied for 5 months saying that you didn't get the CPU and now it magically appeared, it would be very sus and then it could really suspect you of doing bad things and lying to the company that you SE'd from. You have to stick to your story, if they don't have any proof that you did anything wrong, then why be worried about it. Imagine someone having this problem in real, without doing any SE. You have to make yourself the victim and, as I stated before, I doubt that they would give any proof that would make you guilty if you stick to the story.

like i said earlier i was filling the pr earlier couple moths ago, its small city and i was there couple times talking with diffrent officers because they didnt want to accept this case and im afraid that they might be suspicious about it because they remeber me, i know that the story is unlikely to happen but still possible, they might even know that im lying but i guess they can't verify it, and the case would be over so dou you think they will give a fuck?

You know how many people per day police sees, how they can remember particularly you. You have to be calm and play smart and everything should be fine. Stick to the story and be confident in  yourself, they won't  know that you are lying unless you tell them or show some sort of signs, you have to be the victim, not the suspect.

Simply say your brother took It In your absence, and just arrived home from vacation and told you about the Incident. I haven't read your previous posts, so why do you wish to take that route?
