hi so i received it today but on the bag it says ''0.1kg'' will this lead to any complications? i thought they couldnt register under 120 grams.

That's the shipping/gross weight.

Mine came in a buble like folder kinda wide (and bad quality one).
It was not in a perfect condition meaning it has been opened in a part of it.
You could see that something is inside but it also contained a Voucher.
Wouldn't be ideal to do partial ? (Meaning got voucher no product)

I received it in a fully enclosed paper bag with the ledger box inside of bubble wrap.

Yes they gave me a voucher, i plan on trying using it after ref succeeds.

Im going with EB method.

support still hasnt responded after two days and many follow up emails.

Thinking of returning it and trying it on a easier store
