Here's how It works In brief.
Order an Item from a different account that weighs as close as possible as the original Item. Have It sent to another address and when asked to return the wrong Item, that's what you'll send.

if the item being SE'd is BOTH sold and fulfilled by AZ, does the "wrong/decoy" have to also be BOTH sold and fulfilled by AZ or can be sold by 3rd party and fulfilled by AZ
