Even at the end of last year I had success with this method many times on Amazon or Zalando, but now I noticed that their customer service employees can no longer grant refunds themselves (at least larger amounts) and all cases are directed to higher departments. I guess they found a way to prevent this method.

I thought the evidence would be the fact that I sent this return with the label that zalando gave me and they are responsible for what happened to the return after it reached their warehouse. In addition, I have a receipt confirming that the return was sent.

Good luck my friend, as far as I know PayPal is usually on the side of buyers in these situations.
