It was de, simply told them box was empty, they answered with "really?", I said yes and they checked my account then refunded me instantly

Seldom does that happen with Amazon, namely when Interacting with their reps.

perhaps just lucky, or because my account was 5+ years old, prime all the time and order once monthly from amazon with next to no refunds.
