I received both today, told them that I did not received the airpods (I tried being kind and look a bit like a dumb by saying « maybe the second part is supposed to arrive tomorrow ? It is for my brother’s birthday).
They responded nicely by saying that they were going to open both an external (even though i said the box had no problem) and internal investigation and that I would have answer in the 10 next days. They added that I could ask for a replacement or a refund after the investigation.
Do you think it’s looking good ?

sorry guys for the late updates.
Long story short, they didn't want to refund me and I really tried to push. So Coolblue is not a good company to SE I'd say
