RE: Question for mothered with apple - Crixus92 - 03-13-2023 @mothered because I know the person at the pick-up point so it's not a problem to extract the contents of the package without having them scanned as picked up by the buyer. In addition I would like to know if I should replace the content with the same thing but in fake. Sealed iphone box with a fake iphone inside RE: Question for mothered with apple - Kikibosum - 03-13-2023 I think I understood him but he is expressing himself badly. In fact, he tries to make you understand that anyway, he knows the person at the relay point, and can recover the contents of the package, no matter what will be said afterwards. But I think it makes it easier, you refuse the package, damaged or what have you, your friend or yourself can even box it and claim theft during the return transport. This is a possibility. RE: Question for mothered with apple - Crixus92 - 03-13-2023 yes, that's pretty much it. But when returning, won't the delivery person see that the package is less heavy? Hence my request if I replace the contents of the package with fake iphone etc. RE: Question for mothered with apple - Crixus92 - 03-13-2023 dhl made the delivery for information RE: Question for mothered with apple - mothered - 03-14-2023 (03-13-2023, 04:47 PM)Kikibosum Wrote: I think I understood him but he is expressing himself badly. The point I'm making, Is once the driver delivers the package and you refuse It (for whatever reason It may be), wouldn't he take It with him and mark It as nonreceipt of goods/undelivered consignment? Given you've refused the delivery, why would he leave It with you? RE: Question for mothered with apple - Crixus92 - 03-14-2023 @mothered the delivery has not yet taken place. He will accept the package and I will (officially) refuse it. We can also make believe that I never went to pick it up so after a few days the package will be returned. What does my friend risk? If your friend accepts the package, wouldn't he be responsible for It? RE: Question for mothered with apple - Crixus92 - 03-14-2023 Yes logically. Maybe instead of saying I refused it I should just not show up and the package will go back to the shipper. What is the risk? Also, if the package is opened very cleanly, can't we make it look like the incident happened during the return shipment? |
