UPDATE;
So it's been like what...4 hours? And i got refund confirmation. Went full in MacGyver mode and made realistic (not PS) damage and it succeeded.

Congratulation's hope i've ben little bit helpful , you did a really good job executing this method also take to the notice this method is annoying/time consuming one for receiving a favourable outcome.

4 photos in total as they asked for proof, and a little later i got refund confirmation
