after receiving the order all I have to say is that the watch was not inside

can you please elaborate the way of communication used ? also what exactly did you say to reach such an outcome that your claim will be forwarded to the "responsible team"

are you replying the incident in brief or you indeed said that line as exact as i see ? by your previous response which you've ben told "claim will be forwarded to the responsible team " an another course of event should've taken a place

I said what I wrote above, they just said they were going to forward my problem to the responsible team.
They send me the default email asking the PR.
