Wrong item method could also be another option, success has been had using that method for expensive headphones.

yeah the item has to be the same weight and also bought from amazon, I don't know if being a amazon warehouse will affect this.

I think I’d be better off damaged item and try and guilt them why the delay was horrible, if it was 1 more day delayed they would have fully refunded me

Amazon Warehouse Deals are separate to Amazon's main Inventory.

No.

Amazon Warehouse Deals go through a rigorous 20-point check prior to dispatch, so It'd be very difficult to justify how a wrong Item was received.

had chat with an associate I told them the Airpod had damaged and the box as well they told me i will receive email from the concern people email in 24hrs
