Did his PP acc have any previous claims?
Did Cartier respond to the claims, if so how long did it take for each dispute to finish?

SNAD for all of them, waited a few days then escalated,  pp provided return labels and then he FTID them.
No previous claims prior to starting
Cartier never responded
