how? on every call they told me to follow the steps in the email. then contact the European Commission. it would have been a very long process that is not worth it for 180 euros.

I got a dna refund from them today. No hassle what so ever. They clearly don’t check with the courier as their email apologised because their courier said they lost my delivery. Complained yesterday lunchtime, refunded by 4pm today.

What was the value of the order? I had a successful SE of over €400 around Christmas time and they eventually said the shipment was lost too. I tried another large order this time and they investigated it and connected it with the previous one. I had another low value SE with them before and I got an instarefund in the chat. It varies from occasion to occasion. It would be helpful to get more details from people regarding their successes and failures. I want to try Adidas again soon, they have too much stuff I want.

Value was £202.
It was a simple case of complain on chat that it dna. They then said I should take it up with their courier company. I didn’t accept that and told them I placed an order with adidas and it’s their responsibility to get the order to me. Refunded the following day

There is a lot of linking accounts. I keep mine below £500 and use different addresses and payment methods.
They linked one of mine and not been back since. Running out of addresses :-/
