What about any other reasons that trigger the Police Report, like the address thing I mentioned previously? If I try it on a clean one that is not on Amazon records, could be more successful than the one that is used rapidly?

Ordering to the same address that is frequently used by not only me but other people? Would be there a higher success if I used like an address that was never used on Amazon before?

It worked, I did EB on some ram. I was surprised how quickly I got the refund, without the Amazon rep asking any questions or pointing to a investigation.

They were probably short on manpower, hence didn't have the resources to open an Investigation at the time when the claim number was assigned to your account.
