If they ask for me to send the broken bottle, I'll tell them that I don't think it's safe to put on the mail some broken glass but if they really insist I'll send it anyways.
What you guys think?
Should work based off the way you explained it Looking forward to do it this week!

It will be my first SE.
So any tips about payment methods are more than welcome!

you can even say you have small injuries due to the broken glass, add some red colorant in the glass if you have some at home
I did bleu de channel 100ml recently, first rep wanted me to send back the bottle but didn't clearly explain HOW to (no label return given) so I recontact them few days later and the rep just give me my rf Will clearly buy some red colorant to do that too!

Companies have health & safety policies, thereby they're forced to take personal Injuries on board. And they don’t want their customers to have injuries because of their products! Will surely add some red colorant and say I have some injuries due to the broken glass!
Very easy. No investigation, just the one photo. Don’t think it matters which payment method you use.

Treat It as such, and you'll be fine using your very own CC.

RE: Sephora SE - greeneggsandespress0 - 02-25-2023
Just wanted to say I did Sephora DNA, or partial fulfiilled for several years on the same account, different addresses. I did maybe 2 a year, of a decent cost (from $80USD to $200). The last time I did it, I was pretty greedy with it and was ready to accept paying the cost or losing my account. it was a total of $750USD. I had to go back and forth, until I had to finally conclude with a bank charge back. At some point, Sephora tried fighting the charge back, but if you contact your bank again, they will side with you. The company will not do fight it a second time because it costs them $500 to reopen the case, which they usually will do do for charges under $5000USD
