There I was thinking I found the answer to all my problems when I read this on their site...

"An Important Update about Moon Visa® Prepaid Cards

Moon will stop selling Moon Visa® Prepaid Cards on February 15th, 2023, due to the scheduled termination of our contract with the card’s Issuing Bank. All cards, regardless of expiration date, will be terminated on March 15, 2023."

Look them up on trustpilot, a lot of similar reviews on people being randomly banned and unable to access their funds. Also r/scams on Reddit have had their fair share of people saying the same thing. Whole thing seems shady imo.
