Sorry to tag you but just in need of some advice, the Watch was delivered but the driver stuck it through my letterbox after not getting an answer, the photo of "Proof of delivery" just shows him putting It through the letterbox with about a quarter of the package sticking out. It also says received by "last name" but of course I didn't take the package so. The doors in my area all different in some way, different colour letterboxes, different details on the doors. With that being said, what method do you think would be best to go with, EB or DNA?

Perfect, I did opt for the EB method as I thought it was the better idea after seeing how they delivered it. I’ve been told it’s been raised with the relevant department and I should hear back within 24 hours, which will be later today.

For some reason they're trying to say my problem was LIT? I've seen this happen before a few times with EB but no idea why.
Update: 2:42pm Currently on the phone to their support team, they told me that they confirmed via their investigation that the Apple Watch was inside of the box, which obviously is impossible to confirm, going to keep pushing and see where it gets me. They're going to send me an email confirming proof of delivery, which I told the rep was completely irrelevant as the problem wasn't with the delivery.

I actually asked them exactly for that on the phone call, the rep just told me I'll receive an email within 48 hours, which will be tomorrow now. I'll then call them up again and keep pushing,

This is the response I received via Live Chat today, guess I play the waiting game now. I'm sure I'll get my refund as it's literally impossible for them to confirm that the watch was inside of the box at the time of delivery.

This is the response I received via Live Chat today, guess I play the waiting game now.
You need to wait for their Investigation to complete. If It hasn't within the said time frame, get In touch and ask where your claim stands.
