I'm no particularly refering to DNA'ing, In my city, I am lucky to have parcel lockers. These are delivery points that you can rent to have your goods delivered to a locker in town. If you take care not to give your real name, address, CC number and phone number, you're good, right?
They seem to me to be more expensive, but more convenient than locating a home while still being good for OPSEC. I'm planning to practice my SE skills and having (spending few $) a place to deliver my goods anonymously seems to be a good option.

If you can set up fake credentials without any possibility of being traced, It's certainly the way to go for OPSEC and anonymity purposes.
