They don’t share information across the parent company. I’ve done Sunglasses Hut and RayBan.

They're still vulnerable to EB'ing at the time of this post.

I have claimed an empty box through Sunglasses Hut, their customer care team have picked it up and asked for proof of ID with signature, photo of the empty box, photo of delivery note and to hold onto any packing for 10 days as the courier may come and grab it, then finally whether I would want a refund or replacement pertaining to whether the box was empty or not.  I will update here as it progresses.

Just wondering, did the courier ever come and grab the empty box?

Nope, it hasn’t exactly been that long, but they have also refunded me anyway. I'll hang onto it for another couple days or so then discard it.

QQ - What method do you think would work for Ray-Ban stories, combined total weight of package is 1kg, so EB out the question.

RayBan is also very easy with DNA

The DNA Is the obvious choice for SEing multiple goods In one hit that are rather heavy, but I believe they're not liable for lost shipments.
