The shipping box, all sides, including the shipping label and packing tape.
The product you received, as well as the retail box and the serial number.
If the product is damaged or missing, photos showing the damaged area or inside the empty retail and shipping box.
You may include additional photos to explain the issue if necessary. The more information we have, the sooner we can resolve this issue.
I’ll go with the MEB method hopefully it works will update u

Update apple requested a PR after providing pictures of the packaging and I’m going to do it.Is this going the right way?Do most people receive their refunds after filing a PR? Let me know thanks @mothered

Apple called me a few hours ago,they asked whether I want a refund or a replacement,I requested for a refund.After that,she asked whether the weight of the box is 0.42kg(which it is)But I insisted that I received nothing.Asked if anybody look like they tempered with the box I said no it was completely sealed. @mothered

She just said ok and will investigate further I think and I asked her how long would it take minimum she said 24hrs

if I was a legit customer, after such thing happening to me(not receiving an item I paid for) II would probably buy an item directly from shop while waiting for refund. I think it's quite logic tbh

Great job my friend! I will be doing the same thing so I will let everyone know how it went, I was supposed to do this on Wednesday but the UPS guy is such an asshole and literally turned down my delivery telling me to call the UPS customer service, how can that even happen lol. By the way which country are you from if you do not mind telling me, my friend?
Also, the EB method has a proclaimed success rate of 80% something and works even with the weight, Police reports are also widespread for Apple, most of the time they do not even make any sense why would you file a police report if there is no crime/stealing included? It is just a cheap method for scaring most refunders away.
