very yeah, never any issues with sephora but also haven't ordered over like $200 I think

I hit Notino with 350$ Parfum. 2 bottles. I said both were broken. Bought empty bottles, smashed them and took photos.
They requested me to fill out a form from DHL where the damage is noted.
They also wanted me to send them the broken glass back.
I told them it was sharp and dangerous and smelled strong. So I threw it out. Worked perfectly.
So go for Notino. It’s easy
