Do the same In return.

Do not give In under any circumstances. That's their objective - to get rid of you.

No need.

The carrier has accepted liability, so It's a done deal.

Quote:Im not sure what to do. FedEx says its stolen Best Buy said it wasn’t.
Get the documentation from FedEx and forward It to Best Buy.

The carrier will close their claim, send all costs to BB, and they will use the funds to process your refund.
" O: " i didn't know couriers are also SE'able and can be used to claim the refund , i thought it's all in the hands of the E-commerce company and their policy whether if they have a liability of goods or not ... but using the carrier investigation result and forward it to "X" company to support your claim even if "X" company Had a different sight around the matter , that's pretty nice ...

Here's a very brief and simple example of how It generally works:

  1. The company opens an external Investigation with the carrier, who will then open their own Investigation and claim.
  2. If the carrier finds they're responsible for the lost shipment, the claim Is closed In favour of the company.
  3. Costs are then forwarded to the company, and they will use the funds (from the carrier) to refund the buyer - the social engineer.

So I'm going to have to return at the store even though I did an empty box and a ftid return and it said they received it on Feb 3rd and it will take up to 10 business days to get it process and an additional 10 business days to be refunded.
Chargeback is still in early stages also.
I think you've made a wise choice.

You've purchased a laptop not a keyring, so you don't want to risk It.

You know what to do when hitting the same store In close timing, so I don't need to elaborate on It.

I can't risk Best Buy denying the refund and losing the chargeback  and being stuck way past the return frame so I will return it and buy it at another store with a longer return time.  Probably Costco as I received a email that refunded me for an empty box today.
what did mothered mean by "You know what to do when hitting the same store In close timing" ... could'nt ask him since i asked him too many question's so i'll be glad to know your answer since you seem such an experienced individual.

Yeah you have to be very persistent with them, had this semi-recently with BB as well. Such a pain in the dick honestly but it was only for ~$300. Costco is awesome they will do anything they can and usually don't need to go past 1 service rep. Easiest to call in with them.

Not to hit It In a short space of time, but rather allow a sufficient gap from one SE to the next.
