Adidis is return on scan so just send an empty box/envelope and remove your debit/credit card from your account or use a virtual card.

They patched on scan lol.

You can box them Instead of the DNA.

True. Also, they seem to have changed the delivery service to royal mail! And the email said no siggy will be required. If there's no photo, i'm going to opt for DNA instantly.

I just did it last week and it worked.

Are you saying they patched it this week?

RE: Adidas Help - Ashitbag - 02-03-2023

Just checking-in to confirm that Adidas is working with the state mail carrier in my home country as well. A little concerning to me, as the state mail delivery service here works very closely with customs, which is a branch of the state tax collection agency; both of whom I have had issues with in the past and know they are a bunch of evil bureaucrat scum. Maybe I am making too much of it, but when I saw that it made me a little suspicious. Especially so because Nike switched over too, both essentially simultaneously. Be safe out there bros.

Thanks for the heads-up.

I am still trying to go through with it and see what happens. Will give an update when things progress. Seems like companies working with the state would be more something to be wary of than private carriers. If any other companies have switched over recently it would be useful if people post about it here, so we can be aware. Was a surprise for me, I made two orders from different companies to SE because they used different carriers before and was dismayed to find out both are coming with the regular postal service.

This was bound to happen.

Hitting companies left, right, and centre can only go on for so long before they start taking action.

Can confirm my Adidas claim failed. They connected it to another claim made previously, even though payment method was different, as was delivery address.

What was their exact reply to decline the claim?

Family name, given name, phone number etc, all different as well?

The circumstances (photo excluded) are perfect to DNA It.

Please tag me with Its progression.

Hello there mate, here with an update!

So, the ietm got delivered, there was a photo with my toes and my door open wide, so i thought of no DNA. After that, i thought of boxing it as a last resort, i thought to myself, "why not try EB it anyway since i wouldn't lose anything?". And guess what, it worked! A 5 minute chat, no investigations, no nothing. Do note the order was only £50, and it's the first ever addidas order to this address. I also acted bad in english.

The payment address was the same, but it was under a different name and from a different card. All other details were different, different delivery name and address. The new delivery address and name did not seem to matter, or the card details being different.

It was a phone call, so I don't have exact phrasing. They said after investigating they connected the account to another refund made recently and as a result they could not process a refund. CS agent said it was locked from her end and she could not even process a refund if she wanted too. Sound like the way Amazon connect accounts and lock them from getting refunded.

Am wondering is there any way to salvage the SE, but looks like a done deal.
