I have a method I do once a year or less. So you need to first start off with a bottle you already paid for and used. Then order another one from a different website or the same (the latter only works after only one of those perfume orders). Once the new bottle comes in, tell them it came cracked, if they ask for photos (in my own experience they do), then I crack the old bottle and set a picture of the box wet with water.
It's a little primative

It's a little primative
It saves time and effort with Photoshopping Images when photos of the damage Is requested.
