This " fing " company can kiss my azz. They put up so much BS to make you run around and do things that you shouldn't have to do. I'm so sick of them and their nonsense. But........
It remains a harder company to refund both legit and otherwise. But it can be done. There is a percentage of legit returns/refunds that never get back to the customer, because we have busy lives and the process is tedious. And what does that mean, " the are keeping people's money regardless and it's free to them". I can't stand that at all, how dare this billion dollar company steal from the every day little guy, the majority of the population. The just don't give a f*** about hurting the every day person, they care about their top end profit****.
These jackasses cannot have you make a PR, cannot have you or me contact their shipping company.
We pick the item and provide funds, (that's it!). They pack it up and ship it with whoever they contract with, and it's supposed to be delivered to YOU! Not left outside, not to someone else, not damage, not missing..........Nothing in that process should concern you except paying, which you did or else they wouldn't ship it.
So how they can ask US to jump through hoops, contact their shipping company, make a PR that isn't a crime (and waste the Police's time). They are supposed to do that.
But they usually don't and have us doing all their dirty work, and it's the people who fill their pockets and make them a success.
They pay these answering services to give us the run around, and run around, in hopes you or I give up, and they screw us over! But.....
They give in eventually, I have seen 6-8 months, that's a long time to wait for something. Depending on the items. Even if they tell you it's over, it's not, keep at these assholes. They always have an excuse, but the run out and you will get a refund.
My point is they don't care about consumers. They want our money, point blank. That's all they care about. Not you, me or anyone else. Big market walking all over the little guy.
So keep at these jerkoffs, don't give up. Get what you rightfully deserve. And if they are refunded, fuck them, that's what they get. Don't buy their runaround. Keep at them! Can't stand big market BS!
Stick to your method, fight them back, keep at them.

Well don't, keep at it, and look at it this way.......if this happened to anyone legit, who would back down from this....we would all be on the phone, emails, everything...we won't let them get our hard earned money!!!
