My shoes got delayed.
I have like 6 coats from last years refunding of ASOS, Timberland and Columbia but winter has been like 10F warmer than average this year so some still have tags on them never worn.

Yes, I have, multiple times. DSG is that easy. Just be smart with your story. Can provide proof if needed.

So you just say every package was a DNA even if it was split into 3 boxes? Do you do it with same agent or 1 agent per package?

Wait until everything is delivered, then DNA with one agent.

Wow I've tried that with many stores that break my shit up and I have to do a different agent every day for each package.
I now always just pay the $20 or so for express or 2 day because they tend to ship in one box.

I've only done that once but with Nordstrom and never again. Was not worth it. Had to go back and chat with them to refund the delivery fee.

I've only done that once but with Nordstrom and never again. Was not worth it. Had to go back and chat with them to refund the delivery fee.

Nordstrom is a pain but their corporate people are nice. I ordered a ton of stuff from there and Nordstrom Rack and HauteLook which is also Nordstrom brand all at the same time for some insane reason and they said they refunded me but I never got the refunds. Ended up having to email the CEO Erik Nordstrom and his assistant was very nice and I ended getting a call from a woman from corporate and emails from a guy in corporate and got all my thousands of dollars back.
