Yeah, I forgot to update what happened but basically I got a bunch of emails from different reps saying the same thing and didn't have time to catch them all up (I could've SE'd this easily but didn't want to mess up future Yodel SE i have planned. The item was a gift so I'd rather use Yodel refund with my own SE)
