I personally wouldn't call it EB, its more like EP (empty parcel) you claim that the quest wasn't in the parcel whatsoever, assuming that I am understanding it correctly from what I've been reading

I gues they just believe you? Do they not talk to UPS about the empty box? Do you say the box looked tampered?

From what I know currently they do say they open an investigation, I'm pretty sure you should claim it look tampered with but still doing my own research into this
@mothered Are you supposed to claim the package looked tampered with? I would assume so but have seen some conflicting info

Did you say the quest box was empty? Ie, received box but missing contents? Or that the shipping box was empty, and missing the quest box?

Anyone know which is best?

Yes the Quest Is certainly too heavy to EB, but Meta Is not cross-checking weights nor performing In depth claim assessments.

I feel like the quest pro is going to be much harder to EB than the normal quest since its around 3x the price, they probably follow procedure and checks harder
