5. If the answer to the question (4) is yes, did the power adapter connect directly to the power outlet or power extension socket?
6. If the answer to the question (5) is connected to the power extension socket, what are the other electrical compliance devices that were connected at the same time?
7. What are the devices that were connected to the laptop during the incident? Such as mouse, keyboard, external monitor, power adapter, etc.
8. Did the incident cause injury or damage to yourself or personal belongings? If yes, may I have the image showing the damage and injury.
9. Where was the location of the incident? For example, your home, school, work place, etc.
10. If the laptop is still in your possession, could you please provide us with the image showing the laptop’s condition from different angles?

Last but not least, I would also like to require the information below for my preparation of the next course of action for this case.

Yes I did, do you think this is a good sign? In my eyes it feels like I have gotten in their pockets and passed the suspicion phase. Also i have eczema on my arms and hands which sometimes look like burn marks, I took pictures of it and claimed that I was injured by the leakage. So if they really press for pictures of the damaged laptop I will just use the corrupted method. What do you think

1. Have you sought for any medical treatment after the incident?
2. If yes, what time and date you sought for the medical treatment?
3. If yes, could you please provide us with the medical treatment receipt or documentation?

For power adapter details, you may simply take a photo showing the details from the power brick. Make sure it is viewable and readable. I will determine the serial number and produce code from my end.
How do I proceed i don't have the charger.

Find a charger photo anywhere, if needed buy a charger SN from someone and edit it over one you found to be certain it hasnt been used before.
Ask same seller about his power brick and that you want to verify authenticity
