Do you know of any case of an EB in Meta Quest 2 where the delivery person showed up at the delivery address after complaints?

Just got an email confirming a refund for it. There was no further contact. Not sure why others are getting emails denying their requests, however i live in quite a small town so that could be it.

Nice one! I presume you’re in the UK? Did you say the brown cardboard box was completely empty, or the meta box was empty?

In the uk yes. I said that the postage box was empty and that the free elite strap came correctly in a separate package

I contacted them after about 10 days asking if there was any development as my nephews birthday had passed now (I told them it was a present for him to make them hurry) but they said that I’d just have to be patient and wait for them to investigate. Got it about a week after that
