An Investigation will be more so assessing the claim Itself.

Moreover, the last EB was around 2 months ago which Is ample time to hit another one, so you should be fine.

That method worked well around 6 months ago.

I'm not sure whether It's still the case nowadays.

Yea i'm trying to figure out whether that method still works, was going to just chance it, do you think i'd be safer going for the coat on it's own and hoping they dont ask for PR?

I've heard if you go onto a Nike live chat and the agent doesn't issue an instant refund you can just back out of the chat and try a different agent, do you know if that's true?

Yes those chats usually connect with a rep that is available at that time. Calling would definitely work with getting in contact with another rep.

Yes you still need to be pretty lucky but some reps have different methods for solving cases.
I have experienced this myself where the third rep was instantly way more helpful and gave me a refund right away.
