Where does the link direct to?

Purely the refunder's service or otherwise?
It redirects to their telegram, is this where I test working with one of these services for the sake of knowledge?

As per our advertising policy, you're not allowed to advertise channels.

But given this Is only used as a point of reference to contact the refunder (and not promote your own channel), I'll allow It.

Yeah I am obviously not promoting them just asking if they are legit, which is still did not get a definitive answer for

Check for vouches from "reputable members", as well as how long the refunder has been offering the service.

If there's no vouches and he's only been In the scene for a very short period of time, then Its legitimacy Is questionable.
