It sounds like there was a mismatch of Information with your online account and payment method, hence the account was banned for security reasons pending verification documents.

Refund was successful, after having filed an incident report, but I got an OFM - What do i change so i can be unidentified? I was thinking of a fake billing addy, fake addy and ordering to a locker - new acc new details etc. would this work?

Congrats on the SE. In terms of making a new account you cant really go wrong with new account using all of the below:

New name
Use lockers/pickup points for delivery
Use a VPN
Change your MAC address
Pay using gift cards

The only issue with paying with gift cards is that any refund will be given back to you in the form of gift cards.

Thanks man, really preciate you! Yeah, that's also the issue with gift cards! I heard that prepaid cards work with refunds.. I might try that not gonna lie. Billing address, what would you put for that? I'll be using lockers as you said, name won't be a problem, but VPN? A free one wouldn't work surely due to someone else having probably used that IP? What's your thoughts on that? Mac addy should be easy with a tool on a VM!

How many refunds/returns have been performed on the account?

I just want to establish whether the OFM Is warranted.

In terms of creating a new account to prevent Identification of multi-accounting, here's a non-exhaustive list:
  • Change of full name (family & given name)
  • Change of date of birth (where applicable)
  • Change of full residential address. If need be, use a drop
  • Change of email address (no need to explain this!)
  • Change of phone number (new SIM on a fake account or a Burner service)
  • Navigate via a VPN (NordVPN, IPVanish, ExpressVPN will suffice)
  • Use a different device (one that was NEVER used with previous accounts)
  • Change your MAC address (this free tool does an excellent job).
  • Use a VCC- Virtual Credit Card
  • Use a GC- Gift Card (an alternative to a virtual credit card)
  • Use a different password (nothing similar to the old account)
  • Navigate via a private search engine (prevent your online behavior being tracked)
  • Navigate via a private browser

Apply what's relevant to your environment.

Id refer to mothered's list as it is more extensive than mine. In terms of the prepaid cards, if you can find one that does not have a small limit per transaction then that should work fine. I know people to have used small limit prepaid cards - below 40GBP - and received refunds successfully but i cant speak for larger amounts than that. I dont think the billing address matters too much if you are using GCs but if you are using a prepaid card it should match the address registered on that or the payment will fail.

A paid VPN service is always best so either buy one using an anonymous payment method or just buy a cracked account from someone on one of the markets and use that. One thing I forgot is if you are using a VPN to setup the account it will trigger additional verification and you will have to input a phone number. Its possible to get around this by buying a pay and go sim card from a corner shop - you know the ones that are just hanging up on a rack and cost nothing - chances are it will still be able to receive texts and calls despite not activating or topping it up. You can receive the verification text using that number as any of the free temporary phone number services online have been long rinsed by others.
