Their dispute system is pretty garbage, no support for digital transactions either. We only take crypto for a reason.

It's easier to use a VPN, change your password, and claim "Unauthorized Transaction" if you've been scammed.

Don't do that, just call your bank and let them deal with it. PayPal doesn't give a fuck until an actual banker or lawyer gets a hold of them.

I paid with paypal credit, they are the bank. maybe thats why the dispute failed, the seller didnt even respond to the claim yet they still sided with them, since i paid with credit the case gets reviewed by another team who apparently much stricter than the normal dispute team. Are there any next steps i should i take?

After few days without a email, i contact them back through live chat, asking when will i get a response, a agent comes and tells me the original decision remains because i "didnt respond in the given timeframe", when i did respond in all timeframes and they rejected my case because i "didnt provide asked documents".
What do you think of this?
Provide all evidence of your replies that took place within the given time frame.

Then ask them to explain why they've stated otherwise.

I just live chatted with a "senior specialist", they have now reffered me to the complaints team and offered me a £50 voucher..
Should i keep pushing this "specialist"?

Well done, at the very least you've profited with a voucher.

After the voucher was offered, how did the conversation end?

Yes of course push them for a full refund.

I just wanted to establish how the conversation ended to determine the next course of action. Though, It sounds like you have It under control.

After the agent offered me the voucher and advice, he just stopped responding when i pushed him further and provided the proof of me responding on time.
Now some lower down agent is saying that sometimes people are ineligble for buyer protection because they claim "too many issues" even though its my first dispute.
Joke customer service
I did submitted a complaint like the specialist recommended though.
Anything else i can do?

Wait for the reply from the complaint's department.

The next course of action (If any), will be based on their response.
