That's one way of keeping attention away from suspicious behaviour.

Dior has CCTV cameras In place and their customer service Is somewhat poor.

In terms of PayPal, you'd obviously need evidence In support of your claim. Dior "tend" to not respond to PayPal - not always.

Thanks! Do you recommend contacting their customer service before just to make it seem more realistic for the claim or does that worsen my chances of getting the paypal claim approved?

i’ve only made one paypal claim before for carharrt where they replied with the tracking number but paypal still sided with me. i think it might have been because their support didn’t help me but i’m not sure

Why not target Dior directly?

I’ve read some reviews and all customers are saying the service is bad and that Dior doesn’t respond to mails. I don’t think DNA would work if they refuse to help.

When putting In a dispute with PayPal, you'd need to first try and resolve It with the seller prior to escalating It to a claim, so yes, contact CS.

All good, I just wanted to clarify whether any questions were referring to me.

if i do dior it would have to be at least 2-3k bc that’s where most of their prices start for clothing and bags, if i do moncler, it’d be 1.5k for one coat i think.
