Some companies can put two and two together and link the modified address to the original.
To avoid doing that make sure to DON'T copy and paste card numbers, just slowly type them like a normal person would do.
Also make sure to confirm 3DS (if your card has that) first time it asks for it.
Basically focus on placing a correct order on the first attempt, if you fail then i suggest to use different account and card (details ofc as well)
Also this is a little side note:
I tend to get way less cancels when placing an order with express shipping and to everyone's knowledge they refund that as well
