how'd it go with the ysl store

A lot longer than it should've gone, they sent a replacement to customer, luckily they werent in but I have to wait fir it to be sent back to them for a refund, honestly better doing higher traffic sites like Sephora.

ie It will succeed but will take closer to 2 weeks when it shouldve taken 3 days. problem is that ysl customer reps don't read previous chats you have with other colleagues

Even if they did there's ppl that sells photoshopped pictures. They could easily create a perfect picture of a broken perfume for $15.

It was more to understand their process of what they need in order to process a refund, if they dont even ask for a simple image, then im presuming they’re an easy SE

Not necessarily.

In the absence of an Image, It's very likely they'd request the return - which will complicate the SE If you have no Idea how to tackle It.
