So you received it but didn't need to sign at all? cause according to that policy fragment even a fake sign would make it impossible to get refunded

I actually forgot to mention I got lucky and never even signed for it which was odd. UPS just marked it off as I received it from him. Yes that is true, which is why I claimed EB since the company could be held liable for not sending out the bracelet.
