Ive always been apprehensive about using pics of broken products pulled from online for fear of someone else having used it before me. Worked out well for you though. What kinda method you gonna use for a bed? Broken item again ?

Yeah just maker sure to strip all metadata from internet pics first.
I'll probably try damaged because it's so big return shipping will be expensive and they won't ask me to return it.
If that somehow fails I'll try DNA or missing pieces until one works.

Yes it is amazing how many people overlook EXIF data manipulation when performing methods like this. Is is still possible to DNA after claiming damaged already ?

It worked for me. The rep never checked the past chats which seems to be getting more common as reps are getting tired of so many DNA/damaged refund requests.

If they called me on it I would just say I was confused and hitting any option and if they still called me on it end chat and try a new rep.
