I wonder if it work, like in the past I saw users saying that the information that you give to Amazon support doesn't reach the warehouse or something like that. So after the package reaches the Amazon warehouse, you will get information that they got the return but the CPU itself was missing, so you have to like contact the support again explain everything, because like Amazon is a big company and the things you say to support, will not reach the lower level of the company.

That he is returning the box without the CPU to the warehouse. Will the warehouse know that he didn't receive the CPU and only the empty box and that's why he is only returning it? If I worked there and got the return without the item itself, then it would raise suspicion if there is no additional information about the fact that he talked to the support.

When the warehouse/Inwards goods department scan the return, the Info comes up (on scan) of the empty box awaiting return, hence there's no cause for suspicion.

Good, thanks for the information. I thought that it is such a big company and maybe have flaws with this.
