RE: War of Faith [WIP] - Eternity - 08-02-2013 Will you guys start working on the textures later on ? Also, is the engine coded from scratch ? The textures are currently being worked on, as are several sprites that will be used for interfaces. Yes, the engine is coded from scratch. RE: War of Faith [WIP] - Love - 08-04-2013 This is looking quite good, keep it up! RE: War of Faith [WIP] - VeryFoul - 08-05-2013 Yeah! Definitely keep this project going. I will be looking forward into seeing this complete. I think it's cool to see a game being dev'd from the ground up. That is, the best thing there is. RE: War of Faith [WIP] - ViolentReality - 08-16-2013 This looks awesome and very promising! Keep us updated with regular updates etc? RE: War of Faith [WIP] - Chalant - 08-28-2013 Sorry for the recent lack of updates and information, I've been very busy lately. I started thinking and reviewing the way I had the architecture for the game programming, in the form of combat systems, packet verification (trying to stop fake packets or editing), and just how I would plan for efficient scalability. I'm in the process of rewriting the game engine, and hopefully it will be running a lot more smoothly and be less resource intensive than it currently it, as I fear that may have been a crucial problem if it ever got big. |
