As im not sure if i should request a refund/replacement?
And turns out they did take a pic but theres no way to know its the right door. Altho even if it was ...no signature lol
So right not stuck on whether i ask for refund right off the bat
Or ask for replacement..and have someone return it for me as i wont be around
I was thinking i could mention a replacement but ask how long it will take, then suggest "i think ill buy it in store..maybe add: as its safer/as im away"

BB dumped my delivery at my doorstep, no pic, no sig. Sub $500 though, so ymmv. DNA refund was easy.

A refund/replacement obviously won't take place If the claim Isn't approved, so focus on that first.

A refund/replacement obviously won't take place If the claim Isn't approved, so focus on that first.
Just trying to be ready when they ask which one id prefer....i could go either way but refund is easier but also seems dodgy

If It was a legit claim, you'd be well within your rights to request a refund. Social engineering Is no different.

If It was a legit claim, you'd be well within your rights to request a refund. Social engineering Is no different.
True but as the others above mentioned requesting refund off the bat made the process more difficult as they refused to refund or refunded then charged again in mcpvperz case
I wonder...can i request replacement then reach back to them and claim id rather get a refund instead of replacement? Save the step of receive and return.
Thing is if i request replacement they might need to send it to a diff address. Have my friend receive and return for me as i wont be able to. Otherwise i do have a plan for the same address it was shipped to where it can be held for someone to pickup with some instructions

They have concluded they wont be rfnding and got 1 email saying work with carrier/law enfrcment and second email saying wont be rfnding and only mentions work with law enfrcment is this what happened with u @mcpvperz ?
I know u started an invstgtion with the carrier early in the process did that help?
Wondering so now do i reach out to the carrier to start an invstgation or just go back to pushing BB spprt? Im thinking BB but not sure how to proceed ? What do u think @mothered ?
