Thanks. I did hit them with a DNA just before Christmas that worked after signing a form and a copy of ID but that's the first time I've done them in a year or so. They seem to be one of the stores that are actively fighting against refunding although they do seem to have periods where they just allow loads through without much investigation. I'm guessing probably busy times like a Christmas as my refund came back about 16 hours after my email, they couldn't have investigated it that quickly.

All the stuff they sell ranges from $500-1000.
They take that kind of loss on a DNA without a PR?

One of the easiest companies to SE in my experience. I have wardrobes full of Arc gear. Good for reselling too. I dont do DNA with them myself but giving how easy other methods work with them I wouldn't be surprised if it's problem free. They always send me voucher codes for either 20/30% off as well as apologies. Their customer service team can be a bit of a shambles though, I always call as emails can take a while to get it sorted.

reckon eb works? unsure if there is cctv. only problem is the good items arent ever in stock lol

Don't think they have CCTV. But yeahh stock issues are a problem, stock alerts aren't great either usually sold out before you get them. I just have to check manually myself.
