Some news : The package arrived this morning, but I wasn't up. My father was there. He told me it rang, the delivery man didn't ask him personally for a signature and left the parcel outside for us to look for it, he seemed to be in a hurry. Only, my downstairs neighbour was also waiting for a parcel I think, and they were delivered at the same time (what a coincidence!), so on the parcel tracker it says: "Name of recipient: <name of my neighbour>". Technically, I'm not related to him by name, except that he's my neighbour. Will this pass if there is an investigation?

Hello guys !
I just called Nike on the phone, I said I was still waiting for the package despite the tracking that said "delivered". At first he asked me questions like: He mentioned the name that had "signed" and asked me if it was my neighbour's name or mine, to which I replied no, not at all. He made me wait a few minutes, then he told me that they were going to check with the delivery man. If I don't hear from them tonight, I can call back on Monday. He added that he would check with the delivery person, and if it is the delivery person who still has the package, he will contact me tonight, and I will be delivered as soon as possible, or I will contact them again on Monday and they will be there to help me.
If I understand correctly, this is all akin to an investigation in the end, isn't it?

Hi everyone,
I would like to inform you that my first refund of 140€ from Nike has been confirmed. I've had a phone call from them and I got a reply from them in a chat this morning, which confirmed the refund. I'm not an expert, but I'm not sure if they really do an investigation with the carrier.

On adidas it worked for 1 pair and 1 tracksuit, the pair arrived later than the tracksuit and by 2 different carriers. I had succeeded but adidas are perhaps less careful than Nike. Try for the one and after, the second
