It's great that you also Included the value of each SE. It gives a good Indication of what's doable against the company In question.

Great post. I am curious how demanding the BestBuy SE was. Did it take a lot of contact? Was it all done by phone?

Oh my God it was fucking horrible. I should've mentioned that on my recent thread about it. I got it and it took at least 5 times on chat before the refund took place. Then I got rebilled. Had to talk to them AGAIN for the refund to be completed a second time.
