Congrats on the success!! What companies did you end up going for?
Also what was the price of your SE? I am thinking of ordering sunglasses of arount 190 euros

Hi, thanks! I ordered from ray-ban online store and the price was around 150€. Good luck!

I think that oakley works exactly like this aswell as ref*nders are offering ray-ban/oakley service.

Correct.

So too does Sunglasses Hut, all of which are owned by Luxottica.

Do you think that also all other Luxottica-owned brands work? I’d like to try some other but I fear their customer service may cross check the ID card they require me to send.

With cross-check I mean that they actually have a single department from Luxottica which handles this.

It's not possible to speak for each and every entity.

It seems not. I had issue with Oakley for a €150 order, just did Ray-Ban for about €400. The latter was much easier. Had to show ID twice, but I figured I could risk it. Not too worried about what they do with it, at least for the moment, they operate out of another country.

Did you say you had an issue with Oakley? What happened as I was going to attempt

For your reference, they definitely have CCTV cameras In place.

It won't affect claiming the sunglasses were missing from the case. I'm simply providing the Information for future SEs when hitting other goods.

Is it still a green light to go ahead ?
