I tried it in Poland. I called customer service on the phone, but the person I called keeps saying that the product was delivered and does not believe me. For Poland, are you contacting by phone number or by mail ?

That's quite surprising...
When calling about DNA you should definetly act as dumbfounded as you can. Just ask the rep why the package hasn't arived yet or say that it says on the tracking that it got delivered and you have no idea how since you were in the house all past days etc etc.
When it comes to contacting i usally go with chat, however if played correctly phone call can definitely make the rep feel sorry for you and that's a great step in your claim.

That is using traditional DNA, EB or PEB methods.
Italy:
Under 400euro - 3 bussiness days (EB with aged acc with orders)|
Spain:
DNA under 200euro instant if contacted reps day of the delivery, otherwise many issues.
(Iąm planning to expand this section using answers in the comments)
Also since I'd love to try that German reps again, is anyone familiar with the method that works so fast on them? I believe that this might happen due to Germany being one of the biggest country's in EU and maybe they are being spammed with request just before holiday.
For usa, some of my buddies got the refund the same day or over night.

DNA but idk if this helps but we all just said it was meant as a birthday gift yadda yadda and that a refund would be more suitable.

No, it's entirely possible to contact other country's reps, altho i don't know whether they are some limitations to that

Under 400 with EB and aged account with orders I got it in 3 business days. Interesting that by contacting other countries stuff may be easier.
