Sup , so I finally got refund by rayban for some rayban stories and they didnt even bother to ask me to send a picture of the box or anything else. They said that they were very busy with refund and complaint. ( note that I received the rayban 2 weeks ago).

Nice. Did it take long/multiple calls? I recently ordered some fairly expensive titanium Ray-Bans. Will be SE-ing after they show up. I mean after the empty box shows up.

Take advantage of the festive season - the majority of companies/stores, do not have the time nor the manpower to thoroughly assess claims and process returns.
