Either the rep was brain-dead and approved the claim shortly after It was lodged, or It was the work of an Insider.

LMAO I asked around - some of them are selling the method for $300+. From what I know, they are just spoofing police emails and sending apple PR for instants 

Anyone that thinks this is a good idea, DO NOT DO THIS. Of course refunders would do this since it carries no risk to them, only the buyer.

Generally speaking, refunders prioritize their anonymity and privacy over anything else.
