Thats the thing i think its already been escalated, though i do believe they do have a photo i do not think theres enough in that photo to prove it was my address…. Anyways i think ill use a vcc next time and just return the product, ill try one more call and request a escalation to see what happens. I wasnt really able to argue with the guy on the phone cause i had some family nearby. Ill just wait till im alone and give em a call.
Alrighty, i just got off chat and worked up some magic. Im going with a technique i used on amazon. Since the fedex guy decided to deliver my order to the thirdparty mailbox system im not in ill try to use that to my advantage. I told them i talked to my property manager and that he told me i cannot retrieve my order without the qr code. I hope that this will work and he said he escalated this to his priority so max is 3 days response. I hope this time around the way i worded it leaves enough wonder to where they can begin to draw their own conclusions satisfied. This is my last ditch besides actually going through with a chargeback, i also said i couldnt call them or my bank because i have no more minutes left on my phone and “i cannot even call my own mother” lol. To be honest i kinda worked that chat pretty decent. Anyways now its in the hands of a rep, lets hope its a half asleep rep or just a empathetic one.

They said they cannot help me because they processed to many refunds to my card, which does make sense
It turns out they did catch on. I got a email on all accounts created telling me im barred from ordering online. That being said ill just use a opsec and vcc in the future meanwhile im going to go ahead with the chargeback for the hell of it. For now im done with walmart for a good bit.
And to be frank im not suprised they banned me i straight up dna’d them 4-5 times in a row over the course of a few months. Im sure if i was smarter and did a opsec with vcc it would’ve worked out but i didnt really care for the repercussions. That being said the amount of stress it had caused me is enough for me to cover my trail better in the future rather than just changing the shipping name and slightly altering the address. I think id like to look back at this experience as a learning curve as i usually do the work good (getting refunds) but tend to like to do minimal in regards of other aspects(security,privacy). I got off the phone with the bank and its another 30 business days just for $270. So note for anybody its best to do opsec before spamming a company with your information lol.

You can't keep using the same card to SE the same company over and over. At least you know what the issue was now.

at waltmart, they use name + first name + postal code + IP address to track customers so if the billing address of your VCC matches the data they have, it will be blocked
in fact, you are totally blacklisted for this address unless you use a Visa/Mastercard gift card

If you don't mind sharing, what's the total amount in the previous DNA'd orders? Are they from the same carrier? Were there delivery photos taken? Want to try this for the very first time and want to collect some information if possible. Thx in advance
