Any advice?
How will you justify books In the RMA?

I can say that the laptop was stolen during transit, and the perpetrator put books in there to match the weight of the laptop,
The problem Is, there were no signs of tampering on the package.

Couldn't they have ripped the tape off took the package put books inside and resealed it?

Normally there would be evidence of that it's hard to rip tape off a box without ripping the first layer off the box with it

No worries, I've thought about that and left a few ripped of tape marks. around the box.

Ahwell was worth a try hard with Razer because in their terms and conditions they ain't liable for damage or loss during transit but sometimes you could get a rep that would swing your way

I created a razer repair RMA for a razer blade 15 , I got the label, packaged a box with books, made sure it matched the weight of the laptop (about 4 pounds) dropped it off at my local FedEx (Out for Delivery currently), I'm worried if razer will deny the RMA (which I think they will). Any advice?
I'm guessing your using the serial number method? If so let me ask how long did they take to do a warrenty claim?

It was pretty easy, I created a receipt from amazon they crosscheck it at all and I got a label within same day.

Hopefully they feel bad for the massive sob story I'm about to give them.
